Returns and Exchanges
At Dodaba™, we strive to make our product descriptions as detailed as possible to ensure there are no surprises when you receive our products. We want our customers to know exactly what they are ordering.
Cancellation Policy
We take pride in our ability to quickly process all orders placed on our site. Most orders are processed within 12 hours. If, for any reason, you wish to cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible at contact@dodaba.com.
As the majority of in-stock items are processed and/or shipped within 12 hours, it is important to contact us within this timeframe so we can attempt to cancel the order before it is processed and/or shipped. Cancellation requests cannot be accepted if the order has already been processed.
Delivery Options

We offer personalized products, which involve production time, resulting in longer delivery times.
In the case of non-compliant personalization (e.g., overly complex or technically unfeasible), and if the customer does not respond within 3 to 4 days after we attempt to contact them, we reserve the right to adjust the order to ensure a satisfactory outcome. This may include minor modifications while preserving the original intent. The order will then be shipped without further delay. By confirming the order, the customer agrees that adjustments may be made if necessary.
We do not refund orders due to delayed delivery for our personalized products.
Address Errors
It is your responsibility to ensure that the provided address is correct and to promptly inform us of any changes. This change can only be made if your order has not yet been processed.
We are not responsible for incorrect delivery information. We are also not responsible for orders that are refused or undeliverable (e.g., inaccessible addresses, incomplete addresses, etc.). In such cases, these packages may be returned, but this is not always guaranteed.
If your order is returned to the sender, we will offer you a refund of the order minus shipping costs or a reshipment, at your choice. You will only be entitled to a reshipment or refund if the package is returned to the sender.
Return Policy
We accept returns* for any reason! If you are not satisfied or have changed your mind, our return period is 14 days from the receipt of the products.
If you are not satisfied for any reason, please complete the return form. Sign it and include it with the package to the address we will provide when you contact our customer service at contact@dodaba.com.
